TERMS OF REFERENCE AND MEMBERSHIP OF
THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES

Terms of reference

To advise the Government on matters pertaining to :-

the sustainable development of agriculture and fisheries in Hong Kong; and
any other matters relating to agriculture and fisheries,

with a view to optimizing the socio-economic benefits of the agriculture

and fisheries sector to Hong Kong.

b. To appoint sub-committees or working groups, which may include

co-opted persons and public officers, to further the Committee's functions.
