When flowers start to bloom on the stalk of flowering Chinese cabbage, harvest the stalk with 4 to 5 tender leaves.
It takes about 35 to 45 days from sowing to harvesting the main stalk. The side stalks can be harvested once or twice after harvesting the main stalk.

The fruits are ready for harvest when they are soft and stop growing.
It takes about 55 days from sowing to harvesting.
