How to register Hong Kong Reef Check 2011?

I cordially invite you and your team members to participate and join us to mark this special occasion.  The participating team should be preferably consisted of 8 – 12 divers and will carry out a 1-2 day field survey at the assigned site in the summer of 2011.  The registered team members will be provided with a training seminar to be held in early June 2011.  As the event is voluntary in nature, I appreciate if you would provide boat services and tanks for your own team. If you are interested in participating this event, please complete the attached registration form (MS Words Format / PDF Format) and return it to this department by 8 April 2011.
