The number of live chickens available at the Cheung Sha Wan Temporary Wholesale Poultry Market this morning (July 30) is 20,935, with 8,000 imported from the Mainland and 12,935 from local farms. A spokesman for the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department said the average wholesale price was $22.80 per catty.
