In case a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government being in force, for any duration between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the Tender Closing Date, the tender closing time will be extended to 12:00 noon on the next working day (except Saturday) or any possible scenarios of blockage of public access to the location of a tender box, the tender closing time will be made until further notice via press releases on the website of the Information Services Department.

(For Paper-based Tendering) Tenders in TRIPLICATE must be placed in the Tender Box of Government Logistics Department situated at the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before the tender closing time at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 7 February 2024. Late tenders and tenders that are not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be considered.

Late tenders will not be accepted. |
