Safety Guidelines

  • Each Fitness Trail provides multiple exercise stations, allowing users to select physical activities with reference to their experience, physical fitness and interests.
  • Moderate exercise is suggested for those who do not exercise regularly.
  • Maintain a constant speed, keep the momentum going and take breaks while exercising.
  • Drink water to stay hydrated.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult while using the facilities along Fitness Trail.
