Important Notes:

  1. This activity is organised by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department & Ocean Park Conservation Foundation Hong Kong.
  2. The target group of this activity is secondary schools.
  3. Schools participating in this activity will have to arrange for themselves the following: (i) land transport to and from the pier; (ii) insurance for participants; and (iii) consent from parents.
  4. Students should bring their own water and snack. Please note that anti-motion sickness medicine, for those who may be susceptible to sea sickness, would usually need half to one hour to take effect.
  5. The field trip will be cancelled in case of Amber Rainstorm Alert or above; or Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above being issued by the Hong Kong Observatory 2 hours before the scheduled trip, i.e., at 7:30 a.m. It may also be cancelled because of safety or other reasons. Cancelled trips will not be re-scheduled.
