Important Notes:

If a school / non-profit organization applys for the same type of activity more than once, ONLY the first application submitted will be considered.
An acknowledgement email will be received after the application.
Schools participating in the Ecotour or Field Study activity are required to arrange the following:
  1. Land transport to and from Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park;
  2. Insurance for all participants;
  3. Consent from parents;
  4. As the route of the tour may be rough, participants are suggested to wear comfortable clothes, sneakers and using backpacks. Participants should also bring enough drinking water, sun cream and insect repellent. As the travelling time to Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park is relatively long, for those who may be susceptible to travel sickness, please take anti-motion sickness medicine before the journey;
  5. The trip will be cancelled in case of Amber Rainstorm Alert or above; or Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above being hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory 2 hours before the scheduled trip. It may also be cancelled because of safety or other reasons. Cancelled trips will not be re-scheduled.
  6. All participants must obey the Marine Parks Visitor Code.
Schools participating the Educational Talks are required to arrange the venue for the talk, computers and projectors should also be provided.
