Jointly organised by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) and the Hong Kong Underwater Association (HKUA), the Hong Kong Underwater Photo and Video Competition 2002 is the first of its kind to cover underwater video competition.

The winning pieces and some outstanding entries will be shown in an exhibition to be held in September.
