Country and Marine Parks Board to meet on Friday

The following is issued on behalf of the Country and Marine Parks Board:
The Country and Marine Parks Board will meet on Friday (May 21). Members
of the public are welcome to attend as observers.
The board will discuss the proposed use of an abandoned building and
adjacent government land for a classic motorcycle museum in Tai Mo Shan
Country Park.
Members will also give their views on a trial release of fish fry in
marine parks this year.
Other agenda items include improvement works to Tung Ping Chau public
pier, the proposed Tin Shui Wai Special Area, and a study on wetland compensation.
The meeting will be held in Room 701, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation
Department Headquarters, 7/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung
Sha Wan Road, Kowloon at 2.30pm.
Those who are interested to observe the meeting should contact the Secretary
for the Board on 2150 6697 for seat reservation. Attendance will be accepted
on a first-come-first-served basis.
