Updates on freshwater fish test results

Results of 8 more samples of freshwater fish were available today (August 29). All of them were local samples and were found to be free of malachite green, a spokesman for Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department said.
As at today, the accumulative number of freshwater fish samples taken for testing of malachite green since August 20 was 104, with 15 samples were found to be positive.
