New Arrangements on Services Related to Methyl Bromide Starting from 1 December 2025, the Trade and Industry Department (TID) will cease to provide public services related to ozone depleting substances (ODS). Applications of import / export licences covering methyl bromide as pesticide (Form 3 and Form 6) under the Import and Export Ordinance (Cap 60) will be processed by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD).
