Plant Export

It is frequently an international requirement that any consignment of plants or planting materials importing into any place shall be accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate / Phytosanitary Certificate for Re-Export issued by the exporting / re-exporting place stating that the consignment is found substantially free from diseases and pests and / or conforms with the current phytosanitary regulations of the importing place.In view of this, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department provides services for the issue of Phytosanitary Certificate / Phytosanitary Certificate for Re-Export to exporters in need of it.

If the plant to be exported is subject to the control of the Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance, applicant should comply with the requirements of the Ordinance.
