Eligibility criteria: The applicant should engage or plan to engage in the wholesale business relating to the trade with which the market stall is associated or servicing of government vessels, including ancillary uses associated with the relevant sectors.
# As the above facilities cannot be leased out in the last leasing exercise (that is 5th December 2025 and 29th January 2026), the “first-come-first-served” method will be adopted to allocate them in this leasing exercise.
