Departmental Occupational Safety and Health Design Competition
The Departmental Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee is organising the captioned competition with an aim to increase our knowledge on OSH and to minimise injury whilst on duty. Details of the competition are as follow:

|
Short film in video or slideshow format of 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

Poster or Photo promoting OSH message.

Theme
|
To choose a theme from the following:
1. OSH experiences learned from previous incidents or injuries on duty; or
2. Potential risks in working environments and workflows; or
3. Other OSH-related contents

Prizes
|
Champion $3,000 cash prize and a trophy
1st runner-up $2,000 cash prize and a trophy
2nd runner-up $1,000 cash prize and a trophy
All participants will receive a certificate of recognition
|
Champion $2,000 cash prize and a trophy
1st runner-up $1,500 cash prize and a trophy
2nd runner-up $1,000 cash prize and a trophy
All participants will receive a certificate of recognition

Eligibility
|
All staff of AFCD, FMO and VMO may enter individually or in groups.
|
Regulations
|

There is no limit of the number of entries. Chinese and English contents are both accepted.

All entries will not be returned.

Once submitted, the copyright of all entries rests with the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. The AFCD reserves the right to revise, use, reproduce and distribute any entry for OSH publicity purpose.

All entries must be original.

The decision of the Working Group on Departmental OSH Competition is final. There is no appeal mechanism.

Judging Criteria
|
The relevance to the chosen theme, creativity, aesthetic, techniques and originality.

Winning Entries
|
All winning entries may be reproduced as publicity materials and be displayed, broadcasted or distributed to all staff, so as to convey OSH messages, to promote the OSH image of the Department, as well as to recognise the winner's creativity.
