Introduction: The site is on the western slope of Shek Au Shan at the south end of Lau Shui Heung Reservoir. The area has a thick carpet of grass canopied by numerous stately trees and willows grow along the side of the reservoir.
Facilities: Barbeque pits, benches and tables, drains and clotheslines.
Hygienic facilities: Dry toilet pits
Source of water: Stream water (seasonal supply)
Highlights: Lau Shui Heung Reservoir – It is located on the north-east part of Lung Shan and close to Lau Shui Heung Village. The small beautiful reservoir was used to irrigate nearby field.
How to get there: Take Minibus No. 52B from Fanling MTR Station to Hok Tau and get off at a roundabout up at the ridge of Lau Shui Heung Road. Trace the Lau Shui Heung Road till you past the reservoir and turn to Lau Shui Heung Country Trail. The journey takes for about 30 minutes.

Remarks: The campsites are categorized into 3 size classes with reference to the number of potential tent space which is estimated based on the approximate size of a 4-person tent and the required cooking space and access pathway for campers. This is for reference only.
Campsite category: Small / Medium / Large
Small: for category with less than 20 tent spaces.
Medium: for category with 20 – 50 tent spaces.
Large: for category with more than 50 tent spaces.
