Long Valley Nature Park
-    Long Valley Nature Park is Hong Kong’s first conservation facility that integrates freshwater wetland conservation, eco-friendly farming, and nature education. The Park achieves wetland conservation through farming operation. Visitors can explore the wetlands, observe birds up close, and also purchase seasonal produce directly from local farmers.

Workshop: Mini Scarecrow Workshop

Seminar: Wet Market Fish Science: New Insights on Fish from Market to Table
-    This seminar brings the essence of wet market fish stalls into the lecture hall, examining everyday edible fish from both scientific and cultural perspectives. The content also covers global and local fish-selection criteria, cultural stories about fish, and marine sustainability issues, aiming to enhance public understanding of local fish culture as well as knowledge about fish and sustainable seafood practices.

Workshop: Learn, Feel and Fillet Fish
-    Learn to distinguish the features of similar fish species and touch real fish to feel their shapes and textures. Instructors will demonstrate fish filleting on-site—covering selection, scaling, and filleting—giving participants a deeper understanding of the journey from sea to table and enhancing awareness of Hong Kong's fisheries culture.

Important notes:
1.    This activity involves contact with raw/unprocessed seafood. For hygiene and safety purposes, participants may bring their own protective gloves and masks if necessary.
2.    This workshop involves the use of sharp tools to handle fresh fish. For safety reasons, participants must be aged 18 or above.
3.    Due to food safety considerations, the fresh fish used is for demonstration and hands-on experience purposes only, and can not be taken away after the workshop.
