... 抗菌素耐藥性細菌的迅速形成為全球公共衞生帶來威脅，影響人類及動物健康。香港特別行政區政府已於2017年7月推行《香港抗菌素耐藥性策略及行動計劃（2017 - 2022）》，詳細闡述政府應對抗菌素耐藥性的工作，而漁農自然護理署(漁護署)於同年成立抗菌素耐藥性監察組以實施獸醫界別的行動，並於本地食用動物農場採取以下應對措施： 本組委託顧問研究以制定長期監察本地食用動物農場的抗菌素使用量及細菌的抗菌素耐藥性的系統。此顧問研究經已完成，而監察系統亦於2019年年中實施。本組會利用此監察系統量度農場内的耐藥性細菌的變化及了解提倡「謹慎而負責任地使用抗菌素」的進度 因應本地情況及參考現行國際標準（包括...
