... 通訊 2014年12月號 編者按 本地生產的白蘑菇和啡磨菇一直廣受消費者歡迎。現時，有兩間機構採用荷蘭的技術， 從荷蘭輸入菌絲培養料及菌絲包，利用環控設施調控菇室內的温度、濕度、二氧化碳濃 度及光線，進行工廠化生產。其中一間的產品獲得了本地的有機認證。本期摘要報道他 們的生產情況。 菇場位於山麓，原為禽畜農場，經改建成有上蓋的工廠式車間，環控菇室設置在上蓋之下，備 有水冷及空氣過濾以調節溫度及保持衞生，蘑菇的生長全在密封環境下進行。據負責人介紹， 栽培架面積共3,000多平方呎，完成一造菇所用的時間約45天，每造的產量達5至6公噸。 子實體成熟待收子實體成長初期 環控栽培室內 的層架設施...
