... 《2019年漁業保護（修訂）條例草案》通過二○二○年十月二十九日（星期四） 立法會今日（十月二十九日）通過《2019年漁業保護（修訂）條例草案》（《條例草案》），《條例草案》將在刊憲後生效，屆時漁農自然護理署署長（署長）會獲酌情權處理不符合現行規定的本地漁船登記申請個案。政府二○一二年修訂《漁業保護條例》（第171章）（《條例》），當中包括引入新的登記制度，規定所有本地漁船須向漁農自然護理署（漁護署）登記，方可在香港水域作業。登記條件之一規定漁船在該年六月十五日必須領有由海事處發出有效的運作牌照。惟《條例》並沒有賦予署長酌情權處理不符合上述的運作牌照規定的個案。漁護署發言人說：「《2019...
