...男子非法進口瀕危鯊魚魚翅被判入獄12個月二○二四年七月二十四日（星期三） 一名男子因非法進口瀕危鯊魚魚翅，今日（七月二十四日）在區域法院被裁定罪名成立，判處監禁12個月。 該名三十六歲男旅客去年十一月二十四日從巴西經埃塞俄比亞飛抵本港。經海關攔截及轉介，漁農自然護理署（漁護署）人員在該男子的15箱寄艙行李內發現《保護瀕危動植物物種條例》（第586章）管制的乾魚翅，而男子未持有任何有效的《瀕危野生動植物種國際貿易公約》文件。漁護署人員隨即檢取行李內逾450公斤乾魚翅作進一步調查，經詳細檢驗證實該批魚翅涉及多個鯊魚物種，當中約113公斤屬《公約》附錄II物種的鐮狀真鯊及雙髻鯊魚翅，價值約62萬元...
