...的泥滩、红树林和基围湿地生境。米埔沼泽区 是米埔内后海湾拉姆萨尔湿地的一部分。该湿地的面积共 1 500 公顷，于 1995 年根据《拉姆萨尔公约》列为「国际重要湿 地」，并加入了「东亚 — 澳大利西亚迁飞区保护地网络」， 以加强保育迁徙水鸟方面的国际合作和交流。米埔内后海湾拉 姆萨尔湿地一带曾记录得约 400 种雀鸟，其中包括一些濒危的 品种，如黑脸琵鹭、勺嘴鹬和小青脚鹬等。 两栖类及爬行类：香港共有 115 种两栖及爬行动物，其中蛇类 占 53 种。受法例保护的蟒蛇为本港体型最大的蛇类，体长可 达六米；而体型最小的是钩盲蛇，只有 15 厘米长。本港有 21 种原生蜥蜴，当中香港双足蜥为本港...
