... 全環控水耕研發中心成功栽培出非時令的蔬果二○二○年九月十日（星期四） 漁農自然護理署（漁護署）與全環控水耕研發中心（中心）今日（九月十日）公布利用環控水耕技術成功栽培出非時令的冬季蔬果品種，包括數種小果蕃茄（俗稱車厘茄）、草莓（俗稱士多啤梨）和菠菜。漁護署農業管理主任（農業技術）王灝雲博士說：「冬季當造的蔬果品種喜歡在冷涼的氣候生長，因此一般在冬季出產會有較佳質素；但利用環控水耕技術則可全年穩定地生產，不但有助延長產品的供應期並增加農友在夏季（淡季）的收入，而且在室內生產亦可為作物提供額外保護，避免受極端天氣及病蟲害影響收成。」中心介紹的冬季蔬果包括三個品種的小果蕃茄，它們不但營養豐富...
