...。截至去年九月三十日，共有六宗逾期還款(涉及約160萬元)。這六宗個案一直由律政司跟進，詳情如下： · 律政司正協助追收一宗貸款的欠款，有關借款人按照律政司與其達成的協議還款，現時所欠的本金約為73,000元。這宗貸款有樓宇抵押記和以船隻作為抵押品。 · 其餘五宗的借款人已告破產，當中一宗的借款人的破產令於去年十一月解除，本署最近已按照律政司建議將貸款註銷，註銷金額約為5萬元。 · 餘下四宗由借款人共同和分別承擔的破產個案的擔保人已經去世；律政司知悉有人有意繼承擔保人的遺產後，曾試圖接觸有關人士，但並不成功。律政司曾表示，在現階段不建議註銷有關欠款，而應在有關欠款確實不能收回時，才再作決定。律政司...
