...漁護署起訴懷疑於香港水域非法作業的內地漁民二○二○年十二月七日（星期一） 漁農自然護理署（漁護署）今日（十二月七日）起訴涉嫌在短咀附近香港水域內一艘內地漁船上進行非法捕魚的兩名內地漁民。漁護署人員昨日（十二月六日）大約上午十時，在上述水域發現一艘內地漁船懷疑以刺網進行非法捕魚活動，遂截停有關船隻進行調查，其後人員在船上檢走一批捕魚工具及漁獲。該兩名內地漁民涉嫌從事違反《漁業保護條例》（《條例》）（第171章）進行捕魚活動被落案檢控，案件明日（十二月八日）將在粉嶺裁判法院提堂。任何人士在本港水域使用船隻捕魚時，其船隻必須已根據《條例》登記。非本地漁船（不論其所使用何種漁具）均不可在本港水域內捕...
