...食物吸引而在民居附近聚集，造成各種滋擾問題，而餵飼者遺下的食物殘渣及動物的糞便亦會弄髒公眾地方，構成公共衞生問題。 為進一步遏止非法餵飼活動，政府已於2023年11月向立法會提交《2023年野生動物保護（修訂）條例草案》（《條例草案》），把禁止餵飼野生動物的規定擴展至涵蓋野鴿；提高非法餵飼的最高刑罰至十萬元及監禁一年；同時就非法餵飼引入定額罰款機制，金額訂為五千元；以及擴大執法人員的人選類別等。《條例草案》已獲立法會通過，已於2024年8月1日起生效。現時，漁農自然護理署、食物環境衞生署、康樂及文化事務署和房屋署的獲委任人員和警務人員會就非法餵飼執法，並有權在懷疑有人觸犯《條例》所訂罪行時，要求...
