...魚養殖業人士的特別貸款 8/16 陳劍雄先生指出，有關計劃於一九九八年設立，由政府注資，向受該年出現的紅潮影響的海魚養殖戶發放一次性特別貸款。該計劃合共發放了832宗貸款，涉及約1.3億元。截至本年三月三十一日，會計記錄上共有五宗逾期還款，但實際上僅餘四宗。當中一宗貸款本金約92,000元已全數清還，但當中約28,000元尚未由律政司撥回基金。至於其餘四宗貸款，則一直由律政司跟進，涉及約146萬元，由四名借款人共同和分別承擔。四名借款人均已告破產，而破產令先後於二ＯＯ六至二Ｏ一二年間解除，四宗貸款的擔保人亦已去世。律政司知悉有人有意繼承擔保人的遺產後，曾多次試圖接觸有關人士，但對方律師始終沒...
