...申請農用構築物批准書及豁免證明書須知 (1) 前 言   根據地政總署有關批地條款，在有土地契約的私人農地上興建農用構築物(如溫室、禽畜舍、孵化室、養魚池、儲物室等)，須向地政總署申請農用構築物批准書。於建築工程動工前，申請人亦須先獲地政總署發出之「建築工程、地盤平整工程及渠務工程豁免證明書」(下稱「豁免證明書」)，即俗稱「開工紙」，方可展開建築工程。   為方便農友及減省申請所需時間，漁農自然護理署(下稱「漁護署」)會代地政總署同時接收及初步處理有關農用構築物批准書及豁免證明書的申請。然後由地政總署按漁護署及其他相關部門作出的意見考慮是否批准相關申請。如申請涉及商業性設施或政府土地，漁護署...
