...政府明日起將就非法餵飼野生動物或野鴿即時執法二○二四年八月三十一日（星期六） ​就今年八月一日起生效的《2024年野生動物保護（修訂）條例》（《修訂條例》），漁農自然護理署（漁護署）發言人今日（八月三十一日）表示：「《修訂條例》生效已屆一個月。由明日（九月一日）起，執法人員一旦發現任何人非法餵飼野生動物或野鴿，會即時採取執法行動，而不會再事先作口頭警告。」 《修訂條例》將全港禁餵野生動物的規定擴展至涵蓋野鴿、提高非法餵飼的最高刑罰至罰款10萬元及監禁一年，以及就非法餵飼引入5,000元的定額罰款，以進一步遏止非法餵飼活動。 漁護署聯同食物環境衞生署、康樂及文化事務署和房屋署已根據情報及舉報加...
