... 全球定位追蹤器試驗不影響牛隻健康及福利二○二一年三月二十二日（星期一） 就有傳媒關注有野外牛隻戴上全球定位追蹤器（追蹤器）作試驗的情況，漁農自然護理署（漁護署）發言人今日（三月二十二日）指經過持續觀察，並無發現追蹤器對牛隻健康及正常生活造成影響。發言人說：「試驗計劃由漁護署及機電工程署共同合作進行，以『物聯網』技術偵測野外牛隻位置，冀憑相關技術，協助漁護署進行『牛隻數量及分佈普查』；了解部分牛隻的行走路線及逗留地點，據此制定相關措施，以減少涉及牛隻的交通意外，保障牛隻安全及福利。」試驗計劃為一隻在西貢郊野公園一帶棲息的牛隻戴上附有相關追蹤器的頸帶，而牛隻在放回該郊野公園前，已經在漁護署的行...
