...合其他非廚餘原料，生產適 合的廚餘飼料用於海水魚類養殖。經過 13 個月的養殖實驗後得出如下結論: 1) 魚排養殖試驗初期，沙巴龍躉廚餘飼料的養殖效果比商業飼料稍微遜色。經 33 過後期配方的微調後(加入足夠油脂及增加黃源膠)，廚餘飼料的養殖效果得以改 善，廚餘飼料換肉率與商業飼料無異(1.96)。由於廚餘飼料的價格比商業飼料更 低，因此可以節省大約 25%的飼料成本，彰顯出廚餘飼料用於石斑養殖的優勢。 2）用於鯧魚養殖的廚餘飼料成效未如預期，背原因可能是因為飼料口徑不適合 鯧魚進食，也有可能是因為鯧魚並不適合長期進食含有大量廚餘的飼料。因此， 未來仍然有需要進一步的開展鯧魚廚餘飼料研究。 3...
