Points to note:
1) A confirmation email containing the application reference number will be issued for each successful online application. An AFCD officer will acknowledge receipt of the online application within 3 working days; and
2)If the applicant does not receive a phone confirmation from our department within 3 working days after successfully submitting the online application or has any enquiries regarding the online application, please contact our staff at 2476 2424 during office hours.
Performance Standard Processing of an Emergency Relief Fund application would normally be completed within 30 working days upon receipt of an application with all necessary information and supporting documents provided.
