Genetically Modified Organisms Register

This Genetically Modified Organisms Register is developed for the implementation of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (the Protocol) in Hong Kong. The Register contains non-confidential information on applications received by the Director of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation (the Director) (including information and documents received in support of applications, including the risk assessment reports received), decisions made, exemptions granted, and any other information relating to the enforcement of the legislation.
