...非洲豬瘟是屬於豬隻的高度傳染性疾病，由非洲豬瘟雙鏈 DNA (脫氧核糖核酸) 病毒引起。它並非人畜共患病，不會傳染人類，亦不構成食物安全風險。不過，非洲豬瘟病毒具有極強的跨境傳播能力，豬隻受到感染後的死亡率可高達100%，而且現時並無疫苗及藥物可作預防或治療，因此對任何地區的養豬業和相關產業以至活豬供應都會構成嚴重威脅。 非洲豬瘟病毒的存活性極強，可以在豬隻的血液、排泄物以及受感染豬隻的身體組織之中長時間存活，特別是未經徹底煮熟的受感染豬肉製品，而在低溫的環境下它的存活時間會更長。為防非洲豬瘟病毒入侵本地農場，農場負責人必須嚴格執行生物安全措施。 過去有關本地豬場爆發非洲豬瘟的最新情況...
