...動物傳人，我們得悉有關的個案後，亦了解到其實在園區的工作人員到今天他們的健康情況仍然很良好，亦沒有任何異常情況。綜合剛才漁護署薛獸醫講述的一些動物流行病學的資料，我們可以看到這次事件是單一於園區內在動物發生的一些傳染病事件，暫時我們認為對市民的影響很低，市民亦無須過分擔心。 其實自二○二二年十一月開始，類鼻疽在香港已經是一種法定須呈報的傳染病，即是說衞生署會掌握類鼻疽在香港的趨勢。醫生如果遇到類鼻疽懷疑或確診個案須要呈報，我們亦有跟進行動。直至十月十六日，二○二四年內總共錄得19宗類鼻疽人類感染個案，這些個案均是較為散發性的個案，沒有聚集性，從這些個案也沒有顯示特別的上升趨勢，個案報告亦是平穩...
