... 規管使用蛇籠捕魚二○二一年十二月二十二日（星期三） 為規管使用蛇籠（屬於其中一種浸籠）捕魚，漁農自然護理署（漁護署）今日（十二月二十二日）宣布修訂本地漁船登記證明書（登記證明書）有關浸籠部分的登記條件，分階段執行。漁護署發言人表示：「因應近年社會大眾及漁民團體關注使用蛇籠捕魚對本地漁業資源的影響，漁護署在詳細考慮相關持份者的意見後，決定根據《漁業保護條例》（第171章）（《條例》）第17條修訂登記證明書的有關浸籠登記條件，以規管使用蛇籠捕魚。」登記證明書有關浸籠的部分，登記條件修訂為：「任何摺疊式浸籠不得以任何方式與另一浸籠連接，或其任何一面伸展後的長度不得超過五米。」發言人指上述登記條件...
